Mission operations continue to meet success in all degrees. Negotiations actively under conduct on four (4) subjects at Bruma Site #1. Three of four subjects have reached full settlement. Given current intake and local holding capacity, recommend release without tether for subjects N0046-Cheydinhal, I0122-Cheydinhal, and N0097-Bruma. Subjects uniformly exhibit low operational value and have been cooperative. Please confirm or deny release approval (See Negotiation Findings Summary Attached). Subject R0013-Riften remains uncooperative, but negotiations are proceeding at an acceptable timeframe. Current status estimated between 48 and 56 Degrees Of Control (DOC), out of a maximum of 64 DOC (See Aedian Psychophysio-Control Scale Summary Tables attached). Initial and intermediate findings indicate subject is a Blade [high certainty, 61/64]; supporting evidence determined by subject’s application of negotiation-resistance techniques, analysis of ante-negotiation activities, and location of pickup. Primary evidence determined by negotiation ( See Summary of Current Findings attached). Subject is of particular interest to my esteemed sire. He asserts that subject has knowledge of, or may link to knowledge of the presumed Blades Vault. We again request approval for one (1) Broad-Spectrum Memograph, one (1) Cranio-Vivisection Table Set, and one (1) Alchemic Interference Inhibitor Array. We reiterate that the use of these in active negotiations would be of critical importance to both local operations and the greater Aldmeri Body-of-Intelligence. We appreciate that County Bruma is under C-Phase priority, and will make full use of any equipment supplied us.
