Estwhile legate in the Great War, senior commander. Incredibly experienced. She has short-cropped grey hair, a muscular build, and is frighteningly intelligent. However, she doesn’t speak with confidence, and she has a quiet, unimpressive voice. She is fond of coffee and saltrice for breakfast.

Senior Legionary Tribune Lhukeikha
Redguard Conjuration Mage (bound armament specialization) and sword singer; trained at Arcane University, classmate of Ylgar and Ogzaz . Has made her reputation on the battlefield and lived to tell the tale. Firebrand, zealot, but not a religious fanatic. Very charismatic, good at riling up the troops.

Glavo Arrestus
Auxiliary Advisor to the Legionary Legate ; previous head of the Penitus Occulatus when Nevetrius ’s parents were working for them. Now very aged, blind, and is carried around with a palanquin.

Moth Priest.

Cavotius Artin
Commander leading a North Eastern Patrol in the Jerall Mountains; abrasive, but not hostile; later aided the party in escaping Honeyvale.

Mattianus Brodey
Mage in Artin’s contingent, level headed and strategic.

Chief scout in Artin ’s contingent.

Nedwig and Degen of House Oakengrove
Bosmer of Valenwood, use a captured Thalmor ranged weapon called “Storm.” Associates of Baerinor .

"Talos" (Dragonfire Agent)
Dragonfire firebrand, perhaps somewhat delusional, but quite strong.

Dragonfire scout stationed near Bruma. Located Nihlus after the kidnapping attempt at the Shrine of Namira.

Runs the Apothecary in Harlun’s Watch with M’idzo Jo .

M'idzo Jo
Alfiq Khajiit, feigns being a housecat at the apothecary in Harlun’s Watch; works with Nella , and currently Jeer-Ra .

Jeer-Ra Dar
Argonian expert in “advanced interrogation methods.” Has figured out how to hack the Thalmor memory implantation system. (Not actually a formal member of the Dragonfires, just working with them for the moment)
